THE SAFETY OF FLUORIDEX DURING PREGNANCY OR BREASTFEEDING
THIS MEDICATION CAN CAUSE HARM TO YOUR BABY: There is limited information available on the safety of Fluoridex during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Sodium fluoride exposure less than or equal to 2 mg per day is considered normal and safe during pregnancy. Excessive or prolonged exposure to sodium fluoride during pregnancy may pose a risk to the developing baby. Caution is advised with sodium fluoride use while breastfeeding.
