Does your baby stand? While holding onto things or on his/her own? I would wait another month or so and if your baby still isn’t walking I would bring it up with a pediatrician.

Mine was a year before walking. I read somewhere that up to 18 months isn't anything to really worry about, its after that that you should start to be concerned.

9 months for mine, but that is super early! If you are worried don't be afraid to ask your pediatrician, I'm sure they get that question all the time! Better to ask than to worry about it. Some babies just focus on other things first tho, so usually not a big deal. She probably gets around faster crawling, so why would she want to do something else lol

My daughter walked at 10 months, but I have a few friends whose kids walked later! My friends son walked at 16 months old so I honestly wouldn't worry! If she isn't walking in a couple of months you could just call your doctor and see what they say! I also agree that some babies just don't care for walking, they're just happy crawling!

My eldest was moving and grooving around 10-11months while my second showed no interest until a year or so. If you're concerned, you should reach out to your pediatrician to be sure. Never hurts to be overly cautious

My baby is 13 months old. She can pull herself up on her own, and take a few steps. She doesn't do it very much so I think she is just not interested! I have a few mom friends with babies her age, and most of them are not walking either! I think it is pretty normal for babies to not walk after a year old!

My youngest started at 9 months, and my oldest at 10 months. It felt too soon to me. I was torn between pride and wanting to push them down to make it stop. As another momma said, if you're concerned, talk to your Pedi.

My first two sons have always started attempting between 10-11 months and started to really get it around 11 months. I'm both excited and dreading it for my third son to start soon!

My 2nd son didn’t start walking until he was 17 months old. At first I was a tad bit concerned but I realized each kid move on their own time 😊

It was around 9 months that our baby started pulling up on the side of the couch and scooting along. She started actually walking around 10 months, but every baby is very different.
