70 to 8:00 , I think a routine is a good idea to que him that it's time for bed. Like reading then picking out something to sleep with then snuggling, etc

When things go as planned, shes down for bed at 8. We're struggling with sleeping schedules right now though.

730 sharp!! She's always tired by then and nothing good happens once she stays up past then.

Between 7 and 730, depending on what time they wake up.

730.. just enough time to catch up and spend time with the hubby

My 11 month old's bedtime is at 80pm EST. No excuses.

From about 3 months we started putting the kids down at 7/730pm. They woke up early like 5 or 6am, but we had to be up for work. As they got older they were used to that bedtime so it became less of a struggle.

Our wee one has to be held off at nap time. No wake ups from naps past 60PM. That allows her to fall asleep between 100 and 110PM and she sleeps more often than not until 6 or 7AM. If she slips off track even an hour, the entire night is crap and she won't go back to bed until 1AM.

My sons is 8-9 but lately he is trying to stay up past 10 and I feel like is experience sleep regression.

730 was a good time for my daughter but I guess it depends on how much he sleeps during the day? Maybe try waking him up a little sooner from naps so he's more tired at night.

My little guy typically falls asleep at 830p-9a and usually sleeps through the night-- with bottle support at times.

Give him a warm bath and bottle right before you are ready for him to go to bed-- that has been working for us. They get accustom to routines very quickly.
