It took a while before I got me period so I dont remember that being an issue but it could be.  Drink tons and tons of water and also make sure you are eating healthy foods

Any chance you're pregnant? This can often be the first sign, even before a missed period!

Yes! I would drink extra water, eat more food  and try to put my feet up more when I knew I was starting.

My milk production slowed down and then stopped altogether. My friend recommended some of the milk production teas and those milk momma cookies. I tried the cookies for a bit and they seemed to help, but never tried the tea. We switched to formula to ensure the little guy was not missing any meals.

I'm sure it will pick back up-- drink tons of water. Hang in there!!
