My kid isn't big on eating meat. Any suggestions for protein sources for picky kids? We do eggs, but I need more inspiration.

Beans, peanut butter, chickpeas, even quinoa! Chia seeds you can add to a bunch of things. There are plenty of options.

there's protein pasta, greek yogurt, smoothies with protein powder, nuts, there's protein waffles, you can add protein powder to waffle/pancake mix

P3's, beef jerky, protein shakes, you can always buy unflavored protein powder and mix it into food and beverages to get it in. Also try some deli meat (ham, turkey, roastbeef).

I'm looking to gain weight. What's a good protein source?

It is so hard to get little ones to eat things that are good for them. Try yogurt pops (using tripe zero greek yogurt), beef jerky, pepperoni, deli meat. You can always reach out to a nutritionist to see what they suggest. Through a WIC program they are usually free of cost.

It's really very hard with the protein but beans are a good source, plus you can find variety of recipes and ideas on how to offer beans to kids.
