Anyone have any tips or recommendations on fun, helpful, or relieving/relaxing products to help with some symptoms?? 😊

I got these anti-nausea chewables (like starbursts) and lozenges from buy buy baby that really helped me make it through the first trimester at work without anyone noticing I wanted to sit with my head in the toilet all day haha

I loved those lozenges too!  The chewy ones were too waxy for me, they made me gag.

I also think a pregnancy pillow is ESSENTIAL, I couldn't sleep without mine.

And the Burt's Bees Mama Bee Tummy Butter is really really nice.

When I was pregnant, my friend told me about these Anti-nausea lollipops called “Preggie pops” i think. I bought some and they work really well.

Anti-nausea products sound amazing! I haven't even heard of them until now...and this isn't even my first time around! Definitely looking into those, thank you! Also, I debated on a pregnancy pillow...sleeping can get soo uncomfortable.

Nothing beat good old pepermint altoids for nausea in my case. Though seabands worked on long car rides with the motion induced nausea.

Get a body pillow! Later on, it is a lifesaver, especially when your hips get sore.

I suggest the same products I used during my pregnancy, which were candy for nausea, body pillow for hip and back pain and maternal clothing so that you can be comfortable as baby continues to grow in your belly.

Get yourself a nice water bottle or tumbler as well. It is great when you get super thirsty or crave a drink and after if you are nursing it will come in handy as well. I got one with levels to remind me to drink enough during the day.
