19 weeks + 3 days and I'm at my wits end with sleep deprivation. I can't seem to get a decent night's sleep. Has anyone used a weighted blanket? I'm ready to fork over the $100 just to sleep! Any other tips?

I love my weighted blanket! I loved a body pillow each time as well to keep comfy. I had horrible insomnia as well!
I highly recommend the weighted blanket! I would talk to your doctor about what weight to pick (usually based on your body weight), but I've never slept better!
Weighted blankets are amazing! I also recommend winding down with no screens and blackout curtains in your room. Both helped me significantly!
I love my weighted blanket! It really helps if you're someone that struggles with anxiety too!
I try my best every night to make sure I take a Luke warm (not hot obv.) bubble bath, have some tea and I will read my favorite books or mess around on my iPad till my eyes get heavy, which some nights that doesn't work. I struggle getting comfortable so much some nights I feel like I only get a few hours of sleep. In my previous pregnancy I would occasionally take Tylenol PM or Benadryl if I was on the brink of exhaustion. If you hear of more natural remedies I want to know!
Following for the tips... I havent heard of the weighted blanket suggestion, but im currently looking for any natural remedies/suggestions at this point!
