I like to sleep with a nightlight so I can see baby at night. But I feel like this might also turn into a bad habit sleeping with the light on. Any one else use a night light?

We have a himalayan pink salt lamp that has a dimmer so it's just a little bit of light. It's really soothing and allows me to see just enough without being too bright. I really recommend it!

We don't... I just use the flashlight on my phone if I need a little bit of light.

we will be using one during the first few months then plan to transition back to sleeping with no lights. hope it works for us!

We did at first and it was a hard habit to break but we broke it during a sleep regression so by the time the regression was over the night light was no more!

I did for the first few months.  I was so panicked.  When we finally tried to sleep without the light on again, it was very strange.  I don't think a night light for a small child though is necessarily a bad habit, so I wouldn't worry so much about that.

I use a salt lamp. I like it because it's a gentle glow, it's adjustable, and it has health benefits.

We use a very small night light in both our kids rooms.
