I would love to hear some of the more natural ways you mommas have been dealing with nauseousness? I know there is medication for severe cases of nauseousness, but I would like to avoid it if I can.

Homemade ginger tea would be a good one to try! Super easy - just wash some ginger, slice it super thin (no need to peel it), and bring it to a boil. Boil for a few minutes, strain, and enjoy! I love mine with fresh squeezed lemon & honey.

I hate ginger so I had to find an alternative. I love using aromatherapy and have also read that acupuncture is really good too so I might give that a try!

Drinking peppermint tea seems to help me. I also keep these lemon ginger lozenges made by Traditional Medicinals in my purse for on the go relief.
