What was your reasoning for moving to a different home to be a different high school district when your kids were only little still? (4, 6)

I think being in a good school district is really important. Moving before your kids start school is a great kid -- they will be able to stay in the district instead of having to move while they're in school.

I would definitely move for a better school district.  I'm definitely pro public school, so when we left the city for the suburbs just before having children I was insistent that we choose a town with excellent schools.

Schools are super important and I wouldn't think twice about moving for a good school district (or out of a bad one).

It's good to find a decent school district early on so you don't have to uproot your kids from their friends and school system that they (and you) really like.

A good school district can make a big difference in your family's lives, so moving for a school is probably one of the best reasons to do so and the sooner you're settled the better.
