Have any tried and true remedies for morning sickness?

I've been lucky I never had morning sickness with either of my pregnancies but a friend of mine swears my peppermint oil. Just put a drop on your stomach and under your nose, supposed to help a lot.

I used preggy pop drops and Seabands! They seemed to help. Peppermint oil too.

Peppermint Oil! Just rub some under your nose and it seems to help quite a bit!

I'll have to try the peppermint oil!  I've tried everything else but I've never heard of using peppermint.

I got this ginger anti-nausea gum. It tasted really bad but it worked.

Anything with ginger.  Dramamine makes ginger pills that take the edge off a little.

If I was eating, I didn't feel like I was going to be sick. I lived on dry cereal. Munching on it helped me feel better without overfilling me.

Sea-Bands were great as well as slowly testing the waters on food that you know are going to make you sick!

Saltine cracks, and aloe vera juice were my go to . I would not have survived without those two items all the time!

Vitamin B6, saltine crackers, and pedialyte slushies (pedialyte and ice in the blender). Good luck!

Jolly Ranchers helped me a lot. I kept a bag in my purse at all times! Something about the sour/sweet flavor helped keep the barf down.
