Help! I think I have low breastmilk supply, I am not sure what to do, does anyone have any experience with this? What helped?

I've been having this same problem! I know there are natural location cookie recipes, and they have worked for me but maybe someone can give us a better tip?

I barely could at all for my first. My second baby was a bit more success. The more they nurse and the longer you leave them attached, the better. A lot of skin to skin time will help encourage the supply to come in. I ordered lactation supplies from Milky Mama. They really did help. Drink lots and lots of water!

Becca is on point with the skin to skin and leaving them latched. Once we were out of the hospital and I could do things on our own time it was so much easier, I nursed on demand and could comfortably strip down so we were belly to belly. What makes you think your supply is low?

Good advice from the other ladies in the forum. Pump in-between sessions as well so your body knows to produce more!

Exactly! It is all based on supply and demand. Try to not wear constricting tops or bras. You want support but not too tight to restrict production.

When I had given birth to my baby, she didn't want to latch onto my breast. She only does formula and I feel bad about it. Is that normal?
