Anyone here use Ibotta? I love Ibotta! Only part that I hate is that we can use it with Clicklist, Instacart or Wal-Mart pick up.

Yes! I use it too! I wish there was more of a selection, most of the time the “coupons” or cash back is on stuff I don’t buy. But other than that it’s a great app! I do the Walmart savings catcher too!

Sheila posted this 25 August 2018

I love it, although most times I am just buying beverages.lol

I have always wanted to be more organized to use apps like this...I'll have to check it out! Usually I feel like I don't have time to scan receipts and all that...like with the savings catcher..

I use it, but I do like Savings Catcher better. I don't have to do as much, but then I'm not a big couponer. I wish I was. I don't plan to cloth diaper and I'd love to get some diaper deals!

I LOVE it! My sister is in a group for it and she has earned over $700 from bonuses and because she has people on her team! I'm only at $200 though.

I use Ibotta but I feel like its not on things I use very often. We don't buy a lot of packaged foods. I am going to check out Brianna's recommendation for Savings Catcher though too! With this kiddos, we need all the cash back we can get! LOL Am I right?!

I use Ibotta too. I don't make a lot off of it though. I also take those dumb survey's, however I have gotten quite a bit from those, enough for give cards to Amazon and such!

Jennifer, I do inbox dollars and yes, its silly but it has paid off. Especially if you use them to search the web. I think I've made a few hundred off of them.

What’s inbox dollars? Does anyone use ebates? I’ve tried it, it seems ok, I haven’t really explored it too much yet so we’ll see. Wow! You guys are doing great! $700? That’s awesome!

I've tried it, but I can't seem to get it going like my friends. I did add teammates and am trying to learn about bonuses and such. I've seen people earn $1k on the Ibotta page when they post contests and such. Maybe one day!

What! People actually earn that much? I’m going to have to look into this app! Is it fairly easy? I’ve only used coupon cabin. It’s not the same as what you ladies are using but I do get cash back occasionally. I do wish there was an app for that!

I use this one. But for some reason reason it started taking out the stores that I love to go to so I am not getting deals anymore

I do! I wasn't getting any hits, but I have craved State Fair corn dogs and I've gotten a lot from that one. LOL!

Jessi posted this 27 August 2018

Yes! My sister is actually on the low end in her group! Those ladies have made $2k My sister coupons, so she has time for all of that. LOL! SHe figures out it all and just goes. She started when she was a single mom and not making as much, but she got a better job and still keeps up with it.

I love Ibotta! I actually try to plot my coupons/grocery list around it. Checkout51 is another that I love!

Rodyka posted this 03 September 2018

I had no idea what Ibotta was until I read this discussion!

Kary posted this 03 September 2018

I'm new to using Ibotta - like only a few weeks in.  I have found myself centering my lists around it like Maya mentioned.  So far  I like it though.  Does anyone know of any other tools like this?  Always up for saving and making a buck!

Lexi posted this 05 September 2018

I love Ibotta! Sometimes I get frustrated when my shopping list doesn't mesh with it, but overall it's been great!

Jill posted this 19 October 2018

Interesting I have hear of it but haven't actually used it. I am going to though I have always wanted to start couponing. I don't know how it works but reading the previous poster...ladies we can start a group and start earning money! Lets do it!

Tiana posted this 21 October 2018

This is so funny, I just downloaded Ibotta today because I spend so muchhhhh money on groceries.

Ashely posted this 21 October 2018

I’m definitely going to look into this, it would be so beneficial to our family!

Jen posted this 21 October 2018

This is all news to me- but so helpful!! I had just stared using receipt hog, which is great, but it takes awhile to accrue enough to get any rewards.  I'm really going to have to investigate all of this.  Thank you!

Monique posted this 21 October 2018

Could someone explain what Ibotta is?  I've never heard of it.

Kim posted this 22 October 2018

Yeah, thanks for starting this thread! I'd never heard of it, but if it's a way to make couponing more fun or worth my time I'm down!

Liz posted this 26 October 2018

interesting, what is Ibotta? Is it only for groceries? Any ideas on couponing baby essentials like diapers, wipes, baby shower?

Ann posted this 26 October 2018

I would like to know more info on this as well! I just downloaded the app. Would love to start couponing! Any tips you mama have on couponing

Jessica posted this 26 October 2018

I used to use it and got a decent return, but they have eliminated a lot of the fresh food rebates.

Shayna posted this 26 October 2018

I love it- my only problem is that it doesn't work with online or pick up purchases.  If they ever get that I will be very happy!

Meg posted this 18 November 2018

I don't use Ibotta, but I learned how to coupon at CVS and it saves so much money. You wait for something to go on sale, you can use a manufacturer AND store coupon on it and sometimes get Extra Bucks in return! LOVE CVS. Also Walmart has done away with Savings Catcher, you have to use the app and scan the barcode at checkout with WalMart pay to get any kind of return. Kind of a bummer IMO.

Kara posted this 18 November 2018

LOVE IBOTTA! Have been using it on and off for a few years but trying to use it religiously over the past few months. Every time I can save I feel good!

Reagan posted this 18 November 2018

Never used Ibotta! Is it really time consuming or easy to use?

Reagan posted this 18 November 2018

ok or inbox dollars - that one sounds complicated too!! I'm not too tech savvy lol

Megan posted this 27 January 2019

Too much work LOL. My sis recently told me about Fetch. You get points just for uploading pics of your receipts. You can redeem the points for stuff like Amazon gift card. No couponing necessary but the app does have a grocery list, meal planner, and recipe suggestions if you choose to use them.

Katrina posted this 01 June 2019

How the heck do you actually MAKE money doing this?? Is it like a MLM where people have to use your code or something?

Grace posted this 01 June 2019

Just downloaded Ibotta and it SEEMS amazing but I am not sure yet. Giving it a couple months to figure if it's worth it!
