I like to watch youtube videos. Just search at home workouts and a bunch will show up. They are free too!

Push ups and squats. And pull ups and set ups

I like to look up at home workout videos on Youtube. I've  also been using this subscription service called Beachbody on demand. You can get the app on your TV so you can feel like you are in a class. I've been really liking it because it's hard to get to the gym with a baby at home. Hope that helps!

Leigh I like your work out. It sounds like intense intervals and has enough variety to challenge me. The idea is to just move. We live to sedentary a lifestyle. Even walking has several benefits. I always feel better with my workouts.

I basically create a work out for myself. I have a stair climber and an elliptical but I also have free weights. Between that, my imagination and youtube/ Amazon I can work up a great sweat.

An easy challenging workout for me is to go hard on the elliptical for 1-2 mins and then stop and do 10-15 mens push ups then back to elliptical full force and then 10 pushups until I can't do anymore. I usually can not reach my target of 100 push ups. It's a great burn.

I follow her too!  She really has some great strength training videos that make it easy to follow along and do yourself!  She does most of her stuff in the gym, but many of her moves are with free-weights so you can adapt to doing them at home!

I've invested in a kettlebell and a couple of weights and started following some Instagrammers to get inspiration.

I do a lot of speed walking, I got a new FitBit for Christmas and been using it as a motivator. Every day I try to beat my own record

I do yoga and kick boxing on YouTube. There's soooo much great content online now that you don't even need your house to find it, unless you want to.

I usually use and follow yoga youtube channels.  Sometimes I even love the scenery that they are around! So much more interactive then me putting in the same dvd over and over.

YouTube! I like Blogilates and The Balanced Life. Both are Pilates based, but Blogilates has some really good, kinda intense whole body workouts.

When it comes to this, YouTube is my favorite options. You can literally YouTube anything and I usually use that for health and music. Pinterest also has a lot of health stuff.

Amazon Prime is what I use. They have a good selection of yoga and pilates videos that I enjoy. As others have mentioned you can find free work out videos on YouTube as well.

I love The Body Coach on YouTube. He has workout videos for different time commitments. He has a paid program, but you can get tons of his videos for free. There's also something really motivating about working out with a British guy.

I have Amazon Prime so when I was first cleared to workout I would use that. Some of the workout videos that are included and not an additional price are old and awful! I found out about an app, NeoU, that was in its beta testing stage and FREE! It is so awesome that when testing was over I paid for it! I would highly recommend it! There may be a free trial offer for you as a new member. They offer everything under the sun; bootcamp/HIIT, pilates, yoga, barre, strength training, kickboxing, dance... I believe the price is $7.99/mo. or you can pay for a year membership.

I love finding Zumba videos on YouTube. It lets me dance and burn calories. By the end of it, I'm exhausted.
