I love chicken tortilla soup, it is so easy!

Potato soup and roasts are pretty much all I do in crockpots.  I love adding in carrots, celery and potatoes and then making up some gravy with the stock.  I know that is not the healthiest, but I figure it is better than fast food.  You can make a good low carb chicken taco soup in a crockpot. Pinterest has some good recipes.

Chili or beef stew are easy and delicious. I just throw all of the ingredients in, stir a few times during the day and its good to go for dinner time. Even my toddler eats either one.

Any type of soup is great to make in a crockpot.  And we are entering the soup season as we speak!

Chicken and potatoes, cut into smaller pieces, with lots of steak seasoning sprinkled on! Really, really simple, but so good.

I love throwing some chicken in with some BBQ sauce (you can find healthy versions - I've gotten some at Meijers and also a paleo version on Thrive Market) and some coconut sugar. On slow for 6-8 hours, then shred it, and put it on some buns - so delicious.

I do spaghetti in the crockpot.  Make it up to a few hours before dinner, put noodles and sauce together in the crockpot and keep it on low.  I also love pot roast with potatoes and carrots.

Spaghetti sauce! Just buy a big can of tomato sauce and whatever else you want to throw in it. Then if you have leftovers, you can just freeze them.

OMG - favorite is 1-2 lb of chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz ( 1 block) ff or lf cream cheese, a packet of taco seasoning on low for 6-7 hours or high 4-5. shred chicken and you're all set! Even my husband likes it!!

So easy and healthy slowcooker meal!  Chicken (I've done breasts, thighs, legs, bone in or bonless, frozen or thawed), 2 cups water or broth, cut up vegetables (I usually do carrots and celery), and 1 pack of dry onion soup mix.  Cook on low for 6 hours (if chicken is frozen, cook for 8 hours on low).  It makes the most delicious stock that we save and then use to cook cabbage and black eyed peas!

We love making shredded chicken and using it throughout the week.  You can do just some basic spices (garlic, salt pepper) or pour some salsa in with it. So versatile!

Veggie soups or "refried" beans (make beans super soft in the slow cooker, spice them, and mash them - you don't even need to fry them!)

I LOVE my instant pot - Chicken breasts with seasoning and shredding is one of my go -to's as well. Pinterest has some great ideas, but only if you have a lot of time.

Are you doing any certain diet/food lifestyle?

I love putting chicken breasts, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in and letting it cook and then shredding it! So easy and goes with everything!
