Okay, so I am 9 weeks into my first, and I've been eating clean and exercising for a year to get myself ready. I'm at a healthy weight (5'7, 140 lbs), my medical record is good, no issues. I used to party all the time, but I've been sober for over 5 years now.

And I keep thinking I have done something wrong. Like, my baby is going to come out with bat wings and a tail-wrong. Did anyone else have nightmares like this? I feel like a freak who is about to be a failure. HELP!

Do you mean you're having nightmares when you sleep? Or you're just really really worried?

I've never had any nightmares about my baby but just nice mellow dreams of strolling in a park together.

Oh I am so sorry you feel this way! Anxiety during pregnancy is totally normal. It sounds like you have done everything you can do to set up a very healthy pregnancy. Don't worry Mama, everything is going to be just fine!

I am terrified of all sorts of things like that. We have started trying but I'm so scared of carrying a child and "messing something up" that I really am considering adoption. He would be on board but I know he wants his own kiddo.
