Do you eat out and share your meal with baby or just pack separate meals?

We shared until he was around 18mos. Now we get him his own meal most of the time.

With our little one, we bring her own stuff. That way if what we are having isn't something she should have, she has her food. We try to mostly get things we know that we can share with her because she is trying new foods and loves them. When we eat dinner, she eats at the table with us in her chair.

Same as Amber. We would bring snacks for them, but also share our food - it also helped us order healthier!

I still share with my son and he's almost 3. He always wants some of my food anyways lol

We did a bit of both, I always had some easy things packed in case she didnt like what I was having or got bored with it before being full. Baby food pouches, applesauce, fruit cups...simple things. But I liked encouraging her interest in new foods by offering her things off of my plate.

We tried to encourage eating off our plates so he could experience a wide range of tastes, but we also packed baby food in case!

My younger LO(7months) I share, our older (2 y.o) gets her own meal.

I was just thinking about this! I have not taken my baby to eat out, I am afraid that we would have to leave in the middle of the meal. I was also thinking about packing food and snacks for baby, is that excessive?
