I used Boudreux’s butt paste maximum strength and Honest baby powder

Aquaphor is the best, but if it's not going away could turn to yeast then you'll need Nystatin from the pediatrician. This happened for us.

Boudreaux’s butt paste! I’ve also used it with the Honest healing ointment for bad cases and it cleared up right away.

Destin and corn starch all the way!

I think I'll try vaseline too. We got an ointment from hospital and that's what we use. Perhaps when it is finished I will try the vaseline we have at home.

Cornstarch and Desitin is then magic combination. It has worked well for all three of my babies.
My peds said vasoline and those greasy gels keep moisture on the skin. The cornstarch keeps the moisture out.

I have dr smith and desitin but my daughters diaper rash only goes away with Desitin

corn starch! it starts to clear it in a like a day, two at most, you can just sprinkle it on the rash or you can mix it with baby baseline to make a paste and put that on there

If I have to use a cream, Boudreaux's butt paste is what I use. I find that my daughter heals quicker with apple cider vinegar baths (just a little in bath water) and airing out. Usually goes away by the next day.

I've always used Aquafor and Desitin for diaper rashes. I tend to think that they all work fairly well but it also may depend on the severity of the rash.

I agree letting their parts air out also works along with putting rash cream. The rash cream that I also use is Desitin.

We used whatever was cheapest- the store brand. The best thing to do is to just let them air out for a bit with no diapers or clothes, lay them outside on a blanket and get some fresh air to their parts!

Aquafor!!!! A coworker told me about it. It's amazing.

We always used Desitin maximum strength!

Desitin has been the best rash cream for both my daughters. I’ve tried other stuff but the one that has given me the best results is Desitin.

I always used Desitin or Boudreaux's Butt Paste but I think that any of the creams probably work well. I definitely agree with the previous posters and try to keep the area as dry as possible and keep the area aired out.
