Wash and dry the Tubby Todd All Over Ointment then comb/pick it all out. Done it for two kids and it never came back.

Coconut oil! Recommended by our pediatrician. If you are nursing and have milk to spare, a little bit of that on the scalp really helps too.

I don't use any specific products but make sure to gently exfoliate with a brush when washing hair and I use a fine tooth comb!

Use a soft baby brush every time you wash and nothing drying like dandruff shampoo. Even baby shampoo can be drying. Use one free of SLS. Try the coconut oil as it will soften and loosen the skin without irritation.

I agree with Jessica! You can even add a drop of lavender essential oil to the coconut oil.

A small amount of baby oil 10 minutes before bath than baby shampoo, and breastmilk at the end!

We used Bella B Cradle Camp Shampoo with a soft bristled brush. I'd put the shampoo on my sons head and then while it was still in it, gentle rub the bristled brush in circles over his scalp for a little bit before washing it off. Fair warning, it's not tear free, so if you use it, just be aware.
