If you had a c section, what did you do that made recovery a little easier? Did you do anything that seemed to make you heal faster?

I had a c section and my advice to you is walk walk walk! It hurts, but it helps recovery go a lot faster.
I wore an abdominal binder for 6 weeks. I was told not to lift anything heavier than my baby but I did anyway.. lol. The house had to get clean somehow.
An abdominal binder and not overdoing it. It's important to take it easy until you feel like you're healing pretty good.
Abdominal Binder forsure! Take your time and always think about how your feeling vs what you need to do!
Abdominal Binders are small live savers.
I got mine on Amazon:
Organic Cotton Baby Belly Band, Wrap, Umbilical Cord Navel Belt, Binder for Infant Colic & Gas Relief
Agree with Jeannie, I too bought that binder, it was the first one on Amazon I found and I loved it and it helps a lot.
Don’t over do it, but get up and move. Do some light cleaning and walking around the house. It’s uncomfortable but it’ll help you heal faster
Wear an abdominal binder and walk a lot! That would be the best advice! So so so important for you to walk as much as you can. I learned the hard way.
