Has anyone else suffered this after pregnancy/c-section? I recently had a CT scan done of my Diastasis Recti and found out the gap is now only an inch wide (it was way bigger before). They want me to keep doing physical therapy but it just isn't helping my back problems I have gotten from this. So I essentially want to just have it surgically fixed because that way it fixes my muscles and can get rid of that terrible hanging belly (I'm told it is excess skin and fascia tissue).  I guess my other question is has anyone successfully dealt with this WITHOUT surgery? Yes I will do it if need be but I want to know what else is out there before I sign up for a big surgery like that. thanks guys!
