Heard from few people that in USA public breastfeeding is restricted or not allowed? Is it true??

No its not true. Breastfeeding burns extra calories, so it can help you lose pregnancy weight faster. It releases the hormone oxytocin, which helps your uterus return to its pre-pregnancy size and may reduce uterine bleeding after birth. Breastfeeding also lowers your risk of breast and ovarian cancer

Breastfeeding is permitted in the USA... it is not restricted, but unfortunately, it isn't normalized in the USA as it is in other countries. I breastfed both of my sons for a full year+, both at home, at work, and in public and never received even so much as a second look, thankfully, but I feel my experience may have been unique. I've heard stories of people making inappropriate or degrading comments to women nursing their babies in public.

Breastfeeding in public is allowed in the USA, however, it is not normalized or encouraged. I use a nursing cover in public to avoid being stared at by strangers or other children.

I could not breastfeed in public, my baby never stayed still, lol

It is allowed, but many people still judge.  It's so hard for me to understand why that is.  It's such a norm in other countries.
