After you had your babies did your body appearance start changing ?

In some aspects, yes unfortunately... like my hips got wider and i have a tiny mom pooch, along with saggier boobs hahaha. I guess that comes with the blessing of children lol

Yep! that belly pooch is sticking around. and my feet grew one whole size, so weird!

The feet thing happened to me too! I grew almost 2 sizes and they did not shrink back! So weird

100%. My feet grew (also didn't go back), my hips got wider, and I got a belly pooch. My boobs also changed of course. I don't think I will ever go back to how I looked before pregnancy but I am totally okay with that.

Im curious about this myself. I am over 30 and pregnant for the 1st time; so I am very concerned that it is going to take me a little longer to get my body back, IF i do!!

Not too much just the expected. Wider hips larger breast (thank god lol) a bit of a gut. Etc
