I have done spin classes, but anything anyone really could recommend?

Try female fitness or workout for woman: fitness app both are great if you love working out at home.

I love the bodyfit by amy workout videos! Not actually a class, but a great way to get a good workout in, and she has an entire postnatal series.

I did 21 day fix workouts.  They were good for first starting after baby.  But I could NOT follow the diet while breastfeeding.

I really love at home workouts on YouTube. They have so many and it is so easy. You have to take the time for you and your health. It's so important. I really recommend anything that strengthens your core because you lose so much support there and really have to work to gain it back. You've got this!

Hi Kate-I have become obsessed with rebounding. Got a mini trampoline off Amazon and I follow free workouts on Youtube. It's fun and it doesn't hurt my joints!

I am doing jogging at a park, yoga infused stretches and weight lifting. It's the overeating that's the real problem.

I am really considering the baby bootcamp. Have you tried it? What's it like?

baby bootcamp or baby & me classes are so fun. You get your workout in, baby sees you exercise, you meet other moms... so fun.

I am obsessed with Barre!! Love the toning and it's rather low impact so it is great for that post-partum body. It's fun and easy to do in home if needed, but still provides a wonderful workout!

I walked a ton with my first. It got me out of the house every morning and was helpful for weight loss.

I loved group gym classes until after I had my baby. I quit my gym membership and bought a year of Beachbody on demand. Best decision ever! I can workout at home and not lug my babies to the gym in the winter. I did 21 day fix after each pregnancy to get back into working out and love it!

YOGA. So much yoga. My body really needed to stretch after giving birth and then nursing and holding baby all the time. Amazing how much my body hurt from nursing.

I absolutely love Zumba! I'm not really a cardio person, so finding something fun that would get my heart rate up was essential. It is a fabulous class!

I looooooove Pilates. Can be a great, gentler way to get your core back in shape. There's a youtube channel called The Balanced Life that actually has an easy, short postpartum series that really helped me after my last pregnancy! Also gentle barre classes would be really good for core as well.

I found a mommy and me yoga class that was so fun. It was a good workout and there were a bunch of cutie infants hanging out

Look up Barre Alley. It's a mom who publishes online barre classes. They are amazing and postpartum friendly.

If you have a Stroller Strides group in your area, give it a try! It's a workout/mom group/play group all rolled into one.
