Currently 10 wks with baby #1 and I've been getting back pain on and off for about a week. I have an appointment with my doctor early next week, but can any mamas share any insight if this might be related to pregnancy? It's not a sharp pain. More of a dull cramping of sorts in my lower back. Thanks!

If you are worried or bleeding call your doc. Otherwise pregnancy is full of weird pains!
I had the same problem, but was told it was part of the changes your body goes through.
If you haven't already, I recommend seeing a doctor. Like others said, if it's a kidney infection or problem starting up, it's no fun!
Definitely reach out to your doctor. There are so many changes going on. It could be anything from a disc acting up to a kidney infection.
If you ever feel like something isn't quite right or you are concerned I think its better to always just call just in case. Never can be too careful!
I had back issues as well, but be careful with any pain around back! Sometimes your kidneys can act up!!!
I experienced some odd pain in my back early on. Unfortunately, it was due to an earlier disc issue that only got worse
I absolutely had everything you're describing. My back pain lasted from early on all the way until the end!
