THIS MEDICATION CAN CAUSE HARM TO YOUR BABY: Limited information is available on the safety of levomilnacipran during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Third trimester exposure to levomilnacipran may be associated with respiratory difficulties, irritability, and feeding difficulties in newborns. Levomilnacipran should only be administered during pregnancy or breastfeeding if the benefits outweigh the potential risks.
